RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SILVER BEACH RV PARK 

 

          

•      RULES: All renters are subject to all the rules and regulations of Silver Beach RV Park (the "Park" or "Management") as may be posted in the park and/or delivered to sites by Management from time to time. 

       Because we are a family-oriented campground, all rules and regulations are made for the enjoyment and safety of all our guests. 

 

• VEHICLES: There may be only one vehicle per site. If you have more than one vehicle please contact Management for arrangements for extra parking. SPEED LIMIT WITHIN THE CAMPGROUND IS 10km/hr for all vehicles.

 

     

• DATES OF AGREEMENT: The season runs from May 1st to April 30 of each year. 

 

• SMOKING: As a courtesy to your neighbours please smoke at your site and refrain from smoking on common ground. 

 

•  CAMPFIRES: All guests must adhere to the BC Wildfire Service fire bans. All campfires in firepits only. Please do not burn any garbage or food in firepits.

• DEBRIS: Your campsite must be kept tidy and free of debris. No burning of garbage. 

 

• ASSIGNMENT: Sites may NOT be sublet or transferred to a third party without prior written consent of Management. 

 

• STORAGE:  All trailers that are left on site must be winterized by November 1st so  all water lines can be blown out and septic lines cleaned. There is no snow removal throughout the winter. The park will be locked and no winter stays. 

 

•  VACANT SITES: Management reserves the right to occupy any sites that are left vacant from November 1 to April 30. 

 

•  NUMBER OF TENANTS: All sites rented to a single family unit to a maximum of 6 People. 

 

• QUIET TIME: Quiet times are 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. All generators must be turned off by 9 p.m. 

 

• GENERATORS: Generator hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. We are an off grid community and understand the need and use of generator power, however we  encourage  all residents to use quiet inverter generators or solar power. 

 

• TENT POLICY: Anyone wishing to put up a tent for extra visitors must obtain permission from Management and PREPAY $25/night. There can be no more than 6 people on a site. 

 

• PET POLICIES: Absolutely no aggressive pet breeds will be allowed. This is a family park and we strive to keep all residents and guests safe. All pets must be approved by management and leashed at all times. All pet droppings must be cleaned up. Failure to comply with the pet policy including cleaning up after your pet and keeping your pet from constant barking could result in the guest being asked to leave the park. Only one pet per site. You agree to take sole responsibility for your pet.

• GARBAGE: Please take care of all your garbage and recycling. No burning garbage and do not throw it in the firepit.. The Seymour arm dump site is open twice weekly. 

• ​

• PAYMENT/FEE STRUCTURE: 

 

       All fees are plus GST. 

→   Cost per year - from May 1 to April 30 - $3,000.00 payable in full by April 15th. 

→   Monthly cost - $1,400.00 - 1st of the month to last day of the month. Extra days, if available, at $60./day → Weekly cost - $350.00 - Friday at         4 p.m. to following Friday at 11 a.m. Extra days, if available, at $60./day. 

 

• PERSONAL INFORMATION: We will require proof of insurance for your RV. Please inform management of any changes to your address or contact information (especially phone numbers). A form has been attached for you to fill out and return. 

 

• BOATS: Contact Daniels Store or Wheelhouse Resort for moorage. 

 

•  AGREEMENT TO RULES: You fully and unconditionally agree to all the rules contained herein. You also agree that you have received a copy of these rules, consent to them and will abide by them. 

 

•  RESPONSIBILITY FOR GUESTS AND INVITEES: You agree to take full responsibility for the actions and omissions of all persons on your site (including your family members) or that you invite into the Park or your site, including while you or they are using any facilities in the Park. You also agree to take full responsibility for the actions of your pets on site. 

 

• Management reserves the right to ask any resident to leave without notice if the rules are not followed. Your invitation to the park does not guarantee an invitation the following year.

RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: You shall be responsible for and shall release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, Silver Beach RV Park and its owners, management and staff from and against all claims, proceedings, damages, expenses, liabilities and losses (including, without limitation, all costs including legal costs on a solicitor-client full indemnity basis), arising out of, in connection with or with respect to: (a) personal injuries and/or death of yourself and any of your family, guests or invitees to the park; (b) loss of or damage to your property or any of your family, invitees or guests' property, or to any Park property; and, (c) loss of use of facilities or recreational opportunities arising from being on the Park premises or in the use of the Park facilities.

    • Silver Beach RV Park reserves the right to change or modify these rules as necessary, without prior approval or notice, solely at their discretion.
